These do the job but they are very flimsy and I don't anticipate them lasting for more than a few wearings. They are nothing but a bit of foam.

Great Shaper
These are sturdy, nicely shaped shoulder pads to place under sweaters and blouses. They tend to stay in place and are compact in size so they don't tend to show along most necklines.
