Exactly as described
This was exactly as described and even though it had a broken hinge screw the seller was very prompt at sending me a replacement. Great service! Would purchase from them again.

The good and the not-so-good
Overall, I like this delivery box, but it's design is imperfect.First the good:1. Holds the largest boxes of all that I compared it to. This was one of my most important features I need. Since I am out of town quite a bit, I didn't want anything sitting on my porch enticing theft.2. Simple operation. I didn't want anything complicated - smart technology, etc. Just drop the mail/box inside and let me open the compartment3. Little or no assembly. It came in a VERY sturdy box with good insulation. Everything put together except the adjustable feet, and the flag.4. Sturdy construction: made of powdercoated metal. Not enormously thick (not at this price) - but not totally flimsy either.5. Security - can be bolted to the back wall it sits against; or bolted to the floor. There are 2 tiny screw holes in the back, with tiny screws. Not adequate, but not hard to enlarge for bigger screws. If you don't use the feet for leveling - you can rest it directly on your deck or porch. I drilled holes in the bottom to screw it into the wood deck. (I screwed it into both the back wall and into the deck boards) If someone were determined, they could probably pry it off the wall and deck; or pry the access door open. But the goal was to get any packages out of sight and make it a challenge for anyone to steal them. There is no way of someone seeing whether anything is inside or not - unless they saw the delivery person dropping something in.Now, my critique:1. Not waterproof: This didn't matter to me since it is on a covered porch. But if it is out in the weather, you should either make a very good cover; or caulk all the seams.2. Locking mechanisms are a total joke. It comes with a key for a regular lock - designed to send a slender rod into the top and bottom to prevent someone from prying it open. Never could get it to line up properly, so I'm not using this lock. If this was the only lock, I would have sent it back. But it also comes with a spot to padlock the door. Again, the combo padlock that came with it was a joke. But I had a Master padlock that would fit and be much sturdier.3. Attractiveness: looks utilitarian. But that didn't matter to me. Comes with a big sign on the front drop slot telling the delivery people to use it. (So far, the regular mail and UPS and FedEx have actually followed the instructions)Overall: After reading almost all reviews on all package delivery boxes - I see that all of them have flaws. Unless you can afford to buy one for $800 or so - you have to decide what is most important: size of package it holds? Attractiveness? Sturdiness? Weatherproof? Security? I am mostly satisfied, even though I wish the lock were better designed. Given it's competition, this was my first choice.

Some assembly required but worth it!
I thought they sent the wrong mail box at first but went ahead and finished unpacking it. You have to take it apart to take out part of it and then put the pieces back together. Solid and very nice looking. My mail lady apoved and was grateful for the package drop box.

Worthless
This is a flimsy piece of junk. It fell apart within weeks of our installing it. The door warped so badly it couldn't be locked; then it fell off entirely.

Poor quality
This parcel box arrived dented, making it more difficult to put together than it already is. I think another reviewer was correct when they said this box is not USPS approved, because sometimes they deliver to our address next door instead of using the box, which is annoying. It also somehow has not kept our packages dry during the rainy season. The material is very flimsy. After rain it became progressively more difficult to unlock. Less than a year later the lock is now nearly inoperable to open the door for access to delivered packages. That gets incredibly frustrating crouching over the box jiggling the keys in it for 5 minutes, so I will have to have it replaced. What a disappointment. Not a good investment in the end.

Great for rural areas
Living in the mountains we needed something sturdy that would fit packages as mailbox abuts the road. This has worked great. Love that it has a key to get the letters out. Mails people have no issue delivering to it

Overall a nice product
Wow! the assembly has been a nightmare. The instructions are like trying to read hieroglyphics. The unit took hours to put together. The dropbox is the most difficult part to put together. There are so many screws. Altogether, it’s a nice unit but for $400 it should be more pre-assembled then it came. I just hope it doesn’t rust.
