Perfect - large size, great for French onion
Used these to serve up (and finish) French Onion soup. Worked perfectly under the grill, very sturdy - make sure you use oven gloves with them as they get very hot indeed.Perfect portion sizes, love the bowls.

Soup bowels
These soup bowls look lovely and they are great size but there is a hole in the handle that when you wash them up water gets into the handle and it won’t come out so over time it will smell bad!I wish I knew about this before purchasing them and using them !

No problems with water in the handles
I have no idea what these other people are complaining about. I put these in the dishwasher nearly every day and have no issues at all.They are sturdy and lovely bowls, and the handle is robust and useful.

I cannot say enough great things about these bowls! First, they are beautiful….a rich, dark speckled blue! Second, they are of substantial size…large enough to hold a generous serving of stew, chowder, soup, cereal, etc. Third, the quality is amazing….do not hesitate to purchase! Lastly, customer service is top notch…..extremely responsive if you have a question or an issue with your order. Because I love the bowls so much, I just ordered the matching plates. Thanks to a really great company!
