This is a great little dehumidifier - Perfect for a boat or small spaces
This is a great dehumidifier, small, compact, and with features I've only seen on larger models. I'm using this in my boat to combat winter humidity and keep the boat dry. It is perfect because it is quiet, can run constantly, and has a hose drain option so you can place it next to a sink and not need to worry about it. . It can also be used without the hose, and when the tank fills, it will shut off automatically. Dehumidifiers work best when they run constantly. They are perfect in a room, boat, or basement to combat musty smells. They won't dry out a steamy bathroom in 20 minutes like some reviewers seem to be thinking, that's what a bathroom fan is for. But let it run in the bathroom constantly and it will keep it dry and combat mold. I've had other dehumidifiers and they were so loud you couldn't have a conversation around them. I think you could sleep next to this one if you needed to. The other features like the different colored lights are neat, but not really needed while its unattended on the boat. I've already recommended this one to other boaters, and will be buying a couple more for my house.

Treating a small area for mold / dampness and humidity
I purchased this unit for what I believe was black mold growing in an old 1800’s house. This has been a powerful, nice small unit for inside my business. The setting options allow for this to be a quiet unit. Since purchasing, I do not experience any mold hiding behind my picture frames. Its energy efficient, its water capacity collection tank is more then enough for my space. I would recommend this unit to anyone and I would purchase again.

3 Years Running Strong
Works great, I leave mine running constantly and has been running with no issues for 3 years now. hose is a little tricky to connect because of where the outlet is located but other than that I recommend this product 100%. Running constantly for 3 years shows the quality of this dehumidifier.

Hardly Works
I bought this during prime day 2024 and after running it continuously for three days at 50%-60% indoor humidity, its small tank only filled about 1/4. It was smaller than I expected but saw in other reviews that it was effective for its size. I connected the drain hose planning to run the dehumidifier for quite some time and that the drain hose would be handy so I wouldn’t have to drain the tank. Turns out the dehumidifier was so useless that I could’ve probably let it run a full week with no drain hose without needing to empty the tank. It ran for 72 hours and filled the tank to 1/4 the way full. The tank never filled high enough to where the water would start draining through the drain hose. I noticed no changes in the humidity % of my basement while this was running. I bought a different dehumidifier that was less than $10 more and in the first 20 minutes, the humidity level in my basement dropped by 2%. Either my unit was defective, or these are awful in quality and actually pulling humidity out of the air.

Ok but could be better
The trouble with all thermoelectric type dehumidifiers is that they are extremely inefficient. The price of the dehumidifier is insignificant relative to the cost of electricity it uses over its lifetime. That said, I knew this before I bought this unit and it is certainly no worse than other thermoelectric dehumidifiers on the market. If I had more room and weight was not a problem, I would have bought a compressor type dehumidifier which are much more efficient, last longer, and generally work down to lower temperatures. However, I wanted this unit for a sailboat hooked up to shore power and size and weight were motivating factors. Overall it looks very nice and it is very small and portable. The LED light is silly. It makes the unit look like a cheap novelty item. Fortunately, it can be easily turned off or set to a constant white light which does allow the water level in the reservoir to be easily seen. The reservoir is much bigger than it needs to be. I can run this unit a week and it won't fill up. Maybe in more humid warmer areas it is needed but I would think a boat sitting in water is about as humid as one would ever use this. The amount of water it pulls out is much less than a compressor based dehumidifier. My boat is not large but I had a small compressor based dehumidifier that would pull two quarts a day out and easily bring the humidity down to 40% despite the many places for humid air to leak in. This unit only pulls a cup or two out and does not drop the humidity below about 65% even on a dry cool day. It is, however, far better than desiccant based dehumidifiers. In short, it performs about like I expected and I am satisfied with it. If size and weight were not a factor, I would stick with a compressor based system. The difference in cost is irrelevant over the life of the unit, actually cheaper, and the noise is not that much more. Features I wish this unit had: 1) The ability to automatically turn on after the power is cut. If power drops out, this unit will not restart once it is restored. 2) A quieter fan. The fan is not particularly bad. On low it is very quiet but it doesn't work as well. 3) A smaller reservoir so that the overall unit was even smaller than it is. 4) A temperature switch so the unit turns off when the ambient temperature drops below where it works well and restarts when the temperature rises. This unit will freeze up and form ice around the thermoelectric coolers when the ambient temperature drops below 40F.

Makes a Huge Difference to Home Comfort
I ended up buying 2 of these- one for my basement and one for my living room. I live in the northeast which gets very humid in the summer and this thing works great and makes it much more comfortable. Because it takes some of the humidity out of the air, it also makes it feel cooler. I especially like it because it’s simple to use. There’s a button to turn it on/off, disable/enable the light, and sleep mode. To empty it, you just pull it out the back and dump the water out. It’s a bit expensive, but standard for similar dehumidifiers. I can’t speak to how this compares to others, but I’ve had no issues with mine thus far.

Needed to use it and it’s broken… asked if anyone has the manual the smart seller says it comes with the product… yes I know but I have misplaced it so the answer was just stupid. I will now see if the insurance will get a replacement hopefully not this brand

When I received the box, I thought it was too small for a dehumidifier, it is tiny. This has no compressor, utilises cold chip technology. Very quiet but there is no humidity control, it is either on or off.

This item had a long lead time on it and when it arrived I found it had a type A plug (Used in USA, Cananda, Japan and Mexico). Now having to go through the rigmarole of returning it. A complete waste of my time. So pissed.
