No customer service. If you get this get extended warranty!!
Not able to get any one with customer service. Invested a lot of money in system and hard drive quit at one year. No one will contact me for solutions. Get extended warranty. I wish I had!!

bought cameras 2 yrs ago at first customer service was good now not so much i have tryed e-mailing them get no reply i have even tryed calling the company nothing ...i am locked out of my cameras can still view and record but cant get into them to change anything.. danale isnt working cant view cameras when i am not home sucks...
