These work! I usually get extremely bloated. ESPECIALLY the days before my period. My friend recommended these to me. I’ve taken them every morning for a month now, i visually have noticed a difference. At night before bed, I’m barely bloated/not bloated at all. Even the week before my period!

I had messed up my stomach with antibiotics 7 years ago. I have tried countless antibiotics to help heal my stomach and stayed away from certain foods, especially if I would be at work or around others. I tried other probiotics before these and the gas and bloating were terrible. I don't have that issue with these and I don't even eat greek yogurt anymore to try and balance my stomach and overall well-being. A little pricey, but worth it to me.
