I ordered this because baby yarn can be expensive and I wanted to see if Red Heart baby steps would compare to some of the more expensive brands. This yarn did not disappoint. It is supper soft and worked up easy. I think it would be good for a variety of projects but baby blankets are what I love doing. The skein size is a plus also. Can't wait to get more colors. This is a must buy I know you will love it as much as I do.

I can't tell you how many baby blankets I've made this past year. This is my go-to yarn for my blankets. It has NEVER let me down. It always is the same dye lot color green. No matter how many times I've bought it, the dye lot is the same as well as the texture!!! The first thing everyone says to me when they touch the final product is HOW SOFT it is. Now watch, from this wonderful review, I won't be able to buy this yarn because Amazon won't be able to keep it in stock. lol

Super soft and easy to work with especially for a beginner crochet artist!

This is a very nice yarn although rather expensive in my opinion. I was finishing a blanket and ran out of Bernat Softee Baby white which apparently is no longer readily available for purchase, so this yarn was used in replacement, and it worked great. Very good quality.

Soft yarn but this is not baby pink. It’s nearly fluorescent which is misleading with the photo. If you’re wanting a really bright pink, this is a great color for you, otherwise keep on looking.

I give this five stars because it’s a great product. I’ve used red heart yawn for the last 50 years that I’ve been crocheting. but like an idiot, I didn’t order enough to finish my baby lab so I ordered six more rolls started crocheting made about 10 rows look down. It’s not the same dye lot SO BIG HINT WHICH I OBVIOUSLY HAD A BRAIN FART ORDER ENOUGH TO FINISH PROJECT😡

It’s washable and I love the color

I bought white and aqua, the colors are beautiful and the yarn is soft. It does tend to split a little but not too bad. Unfortunately the yellow color can't be found anywhere. I wish they had not discontinued this kind of yarn. Get all the colors you might need, while you still can!
