I have only taken it a couple of days, so I will to come back to report benefits. The taste is absolutely fine. I mix it in organic pineapple juice, and you can't tell.

I add it to my hot coffee. It completely dissolves in the hot coffee with no grit. I cannot taste it. No taste whatsoever. I like that it seems to be a clean product with no additives. I have not used it long enough to be able to review the health benefits yet.

This does not dissolve well into cold drinks. Since I don't drink coffee, I'm finding it difficult to incorporate this into my routine.

Mixes well and tastes not too bad. My skin is firmer, hyperpigmentation is less, and stretch marks have filled in. I would recommend taking this with vitamin C or mix it in orange juice or something with vitamin C. If you’re not seeing results it’s probably because you don’t have enough vitamin C in your diet, as these amino acids can’t build collagen without vitamin C.

Age 60. Hair started thinning 10 years ago. Been taking Biotin with no noticeable improvement. Went to a new hair person, older than I am, and she had decently thick hair… so I asked how, and she told me she takes this. So I ordered from Amazon 1 month ago. Let me tell you!! I put a heaping spoonful in my morning coffee and it dissolves quickly, and then I add my regular creamer. And today, after a month of doing this, I have a zillion tiny hairs (gray, haha, per usual, and brunette) popping up in my thin areas. (I wonder if this might help chemo patients?) I do recommend this particular product, and plan to take this for the rest of my life (or until I get dementia and forget to. Ha!)
