I have been using this product for a while now. It was a game changer for me. I have a very physical job in a humid environment and always struggled with cramps at night due to the amount of fluid lost through the day. I no longer suffer from cramps EVER. The taste can be off putting to begin with but the trick is to start small. Around 8 to 10 drops in 24oz of water. You will find it softens the water without it being salty. This is the part that takes getting used to as the water appears a little slimy (Similar to having a water softener installed in your home and showering for the first few times with that soft water) When you adjust to the “feel” of the water in your mouth then you up the dose. I now put probably 15-20 drops into my 24oz water bottle and it actually feels and tastes like I’m drinking milk. I love it! Just one tip, don’t try to leave it for later as it does change after a few hours sitting in the bottle and may not be pleasant. I now have all my friends and colleagues drinking it instead of the sports drinks

This does have a taste/flavor when added to water but it isn't bad. Gard to describe though... creamy with a touch of salt? I do think it helps me replenish when I am at a tournament in the heat or pulling an all-nighter at work or recovering from being sick. We drink purified water so this is a good way to add some minerals back into the water.

We hate the taste lol however I actually am hydrated after a small shot of this mixed with water. It is a much more sustainable hydration.

I am so impressed. I did not anticipate any change, but after taking these minerals for a week, I can say I can feel the difference (as stated in the bottle). I am sleeping better, I feel more stabilized emotionally, cognitively, and physically. The main purpose for my review is the fact that I am sleeping better. I haven’t had good sleep in 7 months due to stressors. I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING GOOD!! I believe the magnesium and chloride help with sleep? I could be wrong. Either way, IT WORKS.
