So excited to get this Lexmark MB3442 in the mail! We needed to upgrade our current inkjet printer. It came with an easy to set up guide and literally took less than 5 minutes to set up and be ready to use. The printer is a little bit larger than your average size home printer but with the capabilities of a large scale printer. I love that I am able to easily print from my phone! The response time from both my phone and office computer has been amazing and it quickly prints numerous sheets without any issues. The paper tray holds the right amount of paper need and seems to function well without any jams. I love the additional features of cloud printing and voice commands through smart devices. I would highly recommend this budget friendly printer to anyone who uses their printer regularly! I received a special deal on this product for providing my feedback.

DO NOT PURCHASE LEXMARK!!! Lexmark firmware update broke the printer. Support said they would send a replacement cartridge to fix the issue. Case was escalated in order to effect the replacement, but instead of replacing the cartridge to fix they problem they cause, they advised me to purchase a new cartridge, which is expensive. This company is not trustworthy and don't honor their warranty commitments. DO NOT PURCHASE LEXMARK!!!

Relatively easy to set-up, wifi seamless print easy, I had to watch the video to get the scan to my gmail set-up, and went slow since I am not computer savvy. The most important feature was true duplex copying and scanning, so when I have 2 sided originals it saves me a lot of time. Print quality is fine for me, I got it for a big discount on Black Friday. Small footprint compared to canon which it replaced

I was pleasantly surprised at the multifunction printer, Lexmark MB3441i. The Lexmark MB3441i is an all-in-one type machine. This was a compact sized monochrome print/scan/copy machine with several other features that were quite useful. There is an automatic feeder, flatbed scanner, 1 multi-size paper that can hold a little less than a full ream of standard size paper. The unit measures roughly 16" x 14" x 14". It weighs a good amount, with obvious bulk from the feeder head. The initial unpacking was a bit tedious, as there was quite a bit of ribbon tape (that at times split and left stringy residue). as well with decently (small enough but with enough cushioning) foam inserts. The quickstart guide was a bit ambiguous The unit itself has connectivity to wifi, wifi direct, ethernet ports, mobile connect, and printer usb. No other cables were provided other than the power cable. I did have a usb 3 version type printer cable but it did not fit (blue) and ended up opting to connect via direct cat6 networking. There is a usb port on the side of the display panel for usb drive access. Setup was a breeze and the printer was immediately detected. The driver package was not too big and did not include a lot of bulk software, though it did not include everything and I needed to download the scanner utility separately. The print job was quick and speedy. It was a bit clunky and noisy and it jammed the very first time. This was due to improper paper placement in the tray. The markings on the paper tray did not make sense or line up to what it was. The print job was sharp and no smudges with solid shades of gray and black. The scanning left a little to be desired as I had to mess around with the profiles to get it to scan well. Nice little feature was also being able to update drivers directly while connected on a network. I'm hoping this printer is a keeper. I'll have to explore more on image scanning quality, but once settled in, it does a solid job and everything I expect it to. There is also mobile connectivity, internal web server, and scan to email. So far so good and no impediments yet. I received a special deal on this product for providing my feedback.

It is working fine after initial set up issues. No instruction manuals come with it. Had to talk with tech service to get started.

I put off setting up my new Lexmark Black & White All-In-One Printer 4 Series printer, because it always takes so long. I removed all the safety tape, turned it on, set up WiFi and printed a document in 15 minutes. I printed from an email on my phone right away. No app to download, just pick the printer. On top of it all, it printed really fast. The touch screen is easy and leads you through set up easily. This printer is a workhorse, and is just what I needed for when I work from home. The scanner has been amazing and extremely helpful going between work and home. I recommend this printer.

The Lexmark MB3442i came packaged well and was very easy to set up. One can use the touch screen or the web-interface. The Lexmark site was also very helpful with videos explaining how to set up the printer if needed. I was happy that the printer comes with a 3 year warranty. This was easy to setup online. The printing itself is fast and of good quality. The automatic 2 sided printing is very handy for work and saving papers. Again one can print via the USB or WIFI / mobile phone via the Lexmark mobile print app. Scanning documents is very easy and is sent to your email. I found the printer to have a durable strong design. It is built for business and has a sturdy steel frame. I found the compact size is great as it fits almost anywhere. Though it has a small size it has big capabilities. The two optional input trays can increase paper capacity or hold up to three different medium types at once. It has a fax option via cloud but have not tested that yet. The colour touchscreen is very precise and responds well. The printer has energy-saving features like automatic two-sided printing to help to reduce the paper you use by as much as half. You can use up to 100% recycled paper, plus free and easy supplies cartridge recycling. It uses low power 0.54 kilowatt-hours per week on average and only 0.1 watts when in hibernate mode. [1.1 watts (Sleep Mode), 580 watts (Printing)]. I would recommend it.

Double sided printing works reasonably effectively. Haven’t used the auto feed yet. Set up was a pain. Had to get in touch with CS as there is no specific driver update provided for the MX431 on the site but we figured out a solution. Connecting wifi was a problem so connected via cable.

I have downloaded the free "Mopria Print Service" App to enjoy printing directly from my phone, thanks to the printer's wireless and Ethernet connectivity! - The printer comes with an installed toner. * Printing/copying: The printer prints sharp, double-sided documents quickly and quietly compared to other printers. It also offers plenty of options such as: adjust sides, scale, darkness and so forth. The printer also comes with multiple trays which makes printing various paper sizes convenient. * Scanning: Scan documents and send them directly to your chosen email address. Within this option, you can adjust: colour, document size, document type, orientation, resolution, darkness and much more. Now I can enjoy copying, printing and scanning documents wirelessly, effortlessly and quickly. I would highly recommend this printer for personal and office use!
