Invaluable help for dementia sufferers and the partially sighted.
This phone is brilliant for anyone who struggles with dialling numbers. We put photos of family members under the big buttons and all the user has to do is press the button to dial. The sound is very loud and clear. Good value and seems well designed and made.

Disappointing
Sadly had to return this product, as the claims of being ideal for the hard of hearing, somewhat exaggerated. The person for whom it was bought has only mild hearing problems, yet to my good hearing I could see it would be inadequate
