I love these strips! I don’t like to wear a glove when golfing as I like the feel of my bare hand. However, every time I get an instant blister on my left index finger. I keep these in my bag always, use every round and even at driving range but still get my bare hand feel. Super easy to use as you just peel off the back and wrap fingers needed. I am sure it also helps with grip but for me it’s saving me from the pain and game impacting hot spots. Lastly, they stay on the entire round every time and then just peel right off at the end.

I was skeptical about this product and personally not a fan of the colors but I was going on a golf trip so I needed something more than a band aid. I played 36 holes of golf for 2 days and didn't get one blister. The adhesive on these is very strong, one strip can last a whole round. I love how they are cut in strips so I don't need to mess with scissors. These two rolls will last me years of golf.

These are so convenient! No cutting or tearing of tape. They are stretchy fabric with a good deal of adhesive so they stay put and are very easy to wrap around fingers, knuckles, etc. Also softer than tape or bandages.

Due to my semi-western tennis grip, I have always developed blisters on my hand just below the first knuckle on my middle and ring fingers. As a result my playing time would be limited to a match a day. This tape is great because it's thin, it stretches, and allows the fingers to bend naturally over the grip where other tapes would be to stiff and cut into fingers. I give it a four/five stars only because I have to replace it three of four times a match as the adhesive does not stand up well to sweat. That said, it's helped me avoid blisters so I'll replace it as many times as needed.Not sure how well it would stand up being wrapped around a thumb while holding a racket but, would certainly recommend giving it a try for anyone struggling with tennis hand blisters.

Cant play without

Been using for years. The best golf tape. Doesn't leave a residue, doesn't stick to the glove, and protects from blisters. Stays in place throughout the round, even if it gets water or sweat on it. 11/10 would buy again and again.

My son used this for NASP archery. He likes this better than a glove. It's really easy to use. It's sticky but not annoying. Great product that will work buy again.

Received the BirdieWrap today and it was exactly what I was expecting. Very flexible and also stays in place. Great product.
