So what I do is I take one every day or two days at random even without flares for some reason it keeps it down but then I haven’t had no flares since i take it regularly….so I recommend just take one every two days or two for the rest if your life it’ll keep it from flaring period

Good mediation,the pain and tigle went away in 2 day, I know it said 3pill 3 times a day but I don't drink pills like that if my body don't know them, I drink 3 pills 2 times a day.For my opinion it help me a lot. I keep posted if any side effects.
