Superb product, easy to install, works flawlessly.

Worked great. I use the false tile as a spacer while the other tile dried. Then came back the next day and put the clips in/on with hot glue. And just used a matching caulk grout around the tile. The clips are not stronger than they need to be (so don’t bend them to much) but they are extremely functional.

These did a great job hiding an access panel. Very easy to use. The shipping was slow, but that was expected.

Simple. Ingenious. Looks best m with dark time and grout because the the joint disappears. With light tile the joint is apparent of course. However You can put some caulk or grout in the gap to conceal the joint. When the rare need arises to get to the areas behind the panel, you can cut the caulk/grout, remove the panel and then reseal. Better than breaking tile, or having a metal door or frames. Really, it's not often that one needs access.

For a lightweight small piece of tile they might work, The magnets are weak and the metal isn’t that sturdy. I’m now stuck with these because I missed the “return window”. 😕

Very nice product with good magnetic power , it’s holding my 2x2 marble tiles .

Better off buying strong magnets from HomeDepot the ones used for cabinet doors. This magnet is very weak and if the tile is heavy it will not hold.

These things work very well when we were doing our bathroom remodel. Would definitely recommend!
