Ordered for my reborn doll they fit but a bit big

My son loved chewing on the dr brown bottles and won’t take a dummy anymore so thought I would try these as same shape as the tray on the bottle. But they are to big and he can’t keep it in his mouth he is 7 months old

These are the only pacifier my baby will take we have just about every make and model and this is the only one she likes

We ordered the 0-6 month old version, but it's WAY too big for a babies mouth... only the very tip of it fits, so it's constantly falling out of his mouth. Also, this item is NON-RETURNABLE, despite what the web page says!
