A Sonic Masterpiece That’s Larger Than Life
Title: “A Sonic Masterpiece That’s Larger Than Life” After 25 years with my trusted Bose system, I decided it was time to step into a new era of sound. Enter the Klipsch Reference Premiere series, and let me tell you, these speakers are nothing short of breathtaking. While I may not consider myself a full-blown audiophile, these speakers are making me question what I’ve been missing all these years. The Sound: The left and right channels? Simply magnificent. The clarity, depth, and separation of sound are on a level I didn’t know existed. Music feels alive, as if the band is performing right in my living room. Movies? The soundstage is immersive and detailed, making every explosion, whisper, and soundtrack hit you in just the right way. The Build: Yes, these speakers are huge. They have a commanding presence that I didn’t fully anticipate. But once you hear them, you’ll understand why. These aren’t just speakers; they’re finely tuned instruments designed to deliver uncompromising audio. The size becomes irrelevant when you realize the sound quality matches their physical stature. The Full System: I went all in—left and right channels, center speaker, surrounds, subwoofer, and two in-ceiling speakers for Atmos. The synergy between all components is incredible. The sub adds just the right amount of low-end punch without being overpowering, and the Atmos setup takes the experience to another dimension. Final Thoughts: Klipsch has absolutely nailed it with the Reference Premiere series. These speakers are a statement—both visually and sonically. If you have the space (and can embrace the size), you’ll be rewarded with a home theater experience that’s second to none. I’m officially impressed, and while I may not be an audiophile, these speakers have me feeling like one. Highly recommend for anyone ready to upgrade to big sound.

Great sounding center channel!
A few months ago, I upgraded to a set of Klipsch RP-8000F II tower speakers (which I absolutely love), but that created a new problem. My old center channel, the R-52C, was vastly overpowered by the tower speakers, and dialogue was hard to hear even after adjusting levels. The RP-504C II was the perfect solution for this problem. My home theatre sound system now sounds well-balanced, and dialogue is easy to hear. The center channel is the most-used speaker when watching TV or movies, so it doesn't make sense to go cheap on it. I have a decent-sized living room with only a half wall between the kitchen and 12-foot ceilings. The 504C II does a much better job at filling out this space. A bit of warning, this speaker is huge! It was too big to mount on the wall under my projector screen, so I had to find something to put it on temporarily until I find a suitable table.

Yes, Another Outrageous Speaker from, "The Keepers of The Sound," Klipsch!
Well, it eventually had to happen. About one month ago, I upgraded my Klipsch floor standing speakers to the Klipsch Reference Premiere RP-8000F II 2.0s and usually when you do that, it sets off the dreaded, but equally delightful chain reaction to at least upgrade one more. That's when the Center Channel Speaker came into the crosshairs. After some back and forth, I decided on this Klipsch Reference Premiere RP-504 II in Ebony to match the rest, and man, I am stoked! I have a Denon AVR x2700H receiver with the Audyssey feature which adjusts the sound from the system to amazingly make it completely immersive to every listener in the room and now, with this new center channel speaker, it turned my theater system into a Listening Room for audio as well. Definitely can't say enough about Klipsch speakers anyway and adding this one, IMHO, is ear-candy perfection. Pros: Excellent price to quality ratio. Aesthetics is excellent. Sound is super crisp, clear and loud with extremely low distortion even at unsustainable listening levels. Cons: not any I would list, even if I was being nitpicky. I give this Klipsch Reference Premiere RP-504C II 2.0 a solid 5 Stars!

Wow.
Wow! This is my first real set of speakers. Before this, I had an old set of speakers from a Sumsung "Home Theater in a Box" from 2000 that I've been using for 25 years. This speaker (and it's corresponding standing units) sound incredible. It took about 5 minutes to unbox and was very easy to connect to existing wiring. It is a little expensive, but the quality and performance are fantastic. One note: This thing is HUGE. I wish I had checked measurements beforehand. I don't know what to do with it other than to eventually build a custom entertainment center. I would buy again, if I had the setup and space to make it look good.

Quality speaker
This is one quality speaker for sure. Very heavy and well-constructed with premium materials and components. I would not say that it is worth the $700 retail price, but for the $350 I got it for, it is worth it. This is a large speaker, so do your research about the dimensions before buying. As usual, the dimensions on Amazon for this unit are totally incorrect.
