This kit worked awesome.Pros:- Comes with very well made instructions and a very nice template tool. I cut the template out (roughly) and then used a pin to mark the corners, took the paper off the wall then drew a line from hole to hole. Next I cut along the pencil mark and it made a perfectly sized hole. This trick allowed me to also level it.- Hides the cables in a professional looking wall box.- Does not come with an in-wall power cable - This forces people to get the right cable for in the wall. This is important for safety and electrical code requirements. Other kits include a pre-terminated non-approved cable, and this one is far far far more professional and allows me to cut my own length of cable (romex 14-2 in my area).Cons:- Outlet uses the new "push" connectors. Not a con, just a personal preference.- Had to cut drywall away a little more (on an angle) to get the box in the wall once the power connection was installed.

I get one of these whenever I install a new TV. BTW check clearance behind wall first...
I put one of these wherever I install a TV. The best part is it makes getting power to the TV a cinch; No need to be an electrician or snake Romex through walls. Simply cut a couple holes, drop in the included wire, hook it up, THEN plug it in. No turning off circuit breakers or risking getting shocked. Then, just drop your video and audio cables down the wall behind the TV. It's neat, safe and easy. This is a great product and comes with all the parts you'll need. Some products are single ended and require wiring to an existing outlet, so shop carefully if you look elsewhere. This is the full monty and worth the price.EDIT: I was a little wrong, It does not come with the piece of electrical wire that runs behind the wall from the top socket to the bottom unit which you hook the supplied extension cord too. So you'll need probably 3-5 feet of 14/2 NM Romex. Basically a scrap of wire. Maybe you or a friend has a piece lying around. Some hardware stores and big box stores like Home Depot sell it for 40-50 cents/foot. I'm sure other places do too. Worst case, if you can't buy it by the foot in your area, order the smallest roll you can for maybe 10 bucks or less.ONE MORE THING. I installed this on an outside, non-party wall of my row home. The clearance behind the drywall on that wall is only about 3.5 inches. This box needs a bit more than 4 inches behind the drywall. Didn't expect the tight clearance, but I was able to modify the unit to fit and still be up to code. Don't recommend doing that unless you are a good DIY'er. So checking the clearance behind the wall before you get this and cut the hole would be a good idea. If you have the space, it's a really nice package. None of my other walls is that tight, so I didn't check first. My bad, but that's not the fault of the Pro-Power kit. I got sloppy.

very well put together, does everything i needed
This is a great kit and fit my needs perfectly. It is relatively shallow and install easily behind a 2x4 framed wall. The boxes are sturdy plastic and have a nice finished look when installed. There is ample room for multiple cables, i have 6 running through mine and there is room for more. I like the two outlet connector, though i must confess, i did use one with with screw in terminals rather than the one supplied. FYI, yes you need to get your own Romex wire, but that's supper simple from Lowes or HD. Overall though its well made and installed easily and after looking at many similar kits, im glad i went with this one.

Great Product. Installed in 20 minutes
It’s a great product! It’s very easy to install. It would have been great if it came with the Electrical Building Wire to connect the 2 Out lets which I had to buy separately. Also, make sure to have a dry wall saw and wire detector handy to make installation faster.

Works. Looks great
Item worked as intended. Easy to install. Back of plugs are covered so would meet code. You just need to supply your own 14/2 wiring 12/2 if it’s all you have. Bottom portion was a tight fit but was able to get it in by rounding outer edge of drywall.
