Portable Shelving Carry-On Luggage, Rise Gear Glider, Blue

This seems to be a great product e crept it came with no instructions or pictures. Since it is a "transformer" type suitcase, it may have helped to know where the many straps hooked and what the intentions were for some things. ( The outer pockets all have Velcro on one half but not on the other. Why is this there?? Investigating on line, I see that there are colored strips that attach there? Where are they? Can I order then? Were they to arrive with the suitcase?It seems like a well thought out product but I am missing pieces and instructions so mine won't do what I thought it did....maybe it does do these things but I can't tellLooks sturdy. Looks like a good idea. Wish I could figure it out.
