I give this shampoo (and conditioner) a 10 out of 10! It keeps my moisturized without weighing it down. Keeps my hair feeling soft and looking shiny. My teenage son with the thickest hair also uses it and he loves it! It lathers up enough to clean his long, thick hair. Highly recommend and will continue to use in our family!

First let me say I love this shampoo and conditioner. I have repurchased this shampoo a number of times - it smells great, it has clean ingredients, it cleans well, and feels great. HOWEVER!!!! I cannot express the amount of frustration I have over the fact that THE PUMP STRAW IS 1” TOO SHORT!!! Every time I get to the bottom of a bottle I have to sit in the shower like a fool, banging the bottle against my palm just to get out my shampoo, and then do it all again with the conditioner. And this isn’t just a few days of doing this - the pump is so short you’ll end up doing this for weeks to get out the last 1/4 of the bottle. I love the shampoo but I wish they would make the straw longer

It's not a miracle but I did notice less breakage. Smells good too. Will be reordering

I’ve really loved using the L’Oréal Professionnel Long Wear Shampoo! It cleans my hair well without stripping it, it smells wonderfully, and the large bottle size is great value for the price. However, the pump stopped working and eventually broke, which made it inconvenient to use. I wish the packaging were more durable because the product itself is fantastic!

Die L'Oreal Professionelle Series Expert Pro Reihe ist super! Die Produkte sind vielleicht etwas teurer als andere, aber sie sind auch sehr ergiebig. Von herkömmlichen Haarshampoos bekomme ich regelmäßig Ausschlag, welchen ich bei L'Oreal noch nie bekommen habe. Ich kaufe die Serie jetzt schon seit über 15 Jahren und werde es auch weiterhin.
