My WD Black NVMe drive was running at around 58C before installing this. Within normal operating temperature, but heat is a killer so I decided to give this heatsink a try. Pleasantly surprised, the drive temp is now 48C under load and runs around 32C idle. Installation was a breeze even with Gigbyte's tool-less nvme drive "screw" replacement (I hate those things). Fan noise is non-existent, but I just might not be able to hear it as there are 8 120mm fans running and 3 2U systems in the rack this sits on. It's in my basement so it's not an issue. One thing to note is in my application it was not a tight squeeze but if the heatsink itself were any longer I would not have been able to use it as it would have hit the pcie release tab. If you are looking for a way to cool an nvme drive in your system this might be what you are looking for.

20 degree reduction pretty impressive
My drive was running hot with just a heat spreader at 76*C and this brought it down to the 56 max which is pretty impressive. It’s a little bulky and clunky to install but not too difficult. It’s very quiet unless you have your fans always at idle or off you won’t hear it’s fan even then it’s almost impossible hear I had to shine a light on it to see if it was spinning, fan cable is decently long as well.

excellent quality, may not fit your board
i give it 5 stars, even though it wouldn't fit on my motherboard as it is hitting the VRM. it is a high quality cool looking little fan and its pretty quiet. i wish it would have worked on my setup :-(

Tight fit but works well.
I removed the chrome bling on mine because it was interfering with the cpu fan/sink. I also used a 1mm thick copper pad square 15mmx15mm to space between the m.2 cooler and the m.2 controller which is what needs to be cooled. The memory modules work better without cooling according to what I've found online. Hwinfo says my memory controller stays in the 30-40s (°C).

Brought temperature down by like 27C
I have a really tight space for the SSD on my board and there's no other way to deliver even a little fresh air to it. Before this heatsink I had another passive (huge) one without a fan and I had 79C without heatsink and 69C with that old one and the temperature never went down. And now with the GRAUGEAR I have 52C! This is magic. And it's really quiet, you only hear it if you put your ear really next to it. The only downside it's too long so I had to shift it and the proposed screw holes never worked. So I had to put a spacer between that heatsink and CPU fan to fix it in place. I really recommend the engineers to make more holes in the bottom metal part, or instead of holes make it a one long hole so the heatsink had space to move back/forward for more motherboard options

Fan not working, but still good heatsink
After installing the product I seen the drop in temp that is advertised but seeing it go back to previous temp numbers I checked and seen the fan does not spin no matter what I did to influence it. I removed and tested the fan on other fan headers but nothing worked changed the powers that the fan received but nothing I think I saw it spin for a second then nothing.

Works Great
Does what it says it does. You can run it based off of CPU temps, which is not super useful. I use the Asus AI tweak, if you use another fan controller software you might be able to make a good fan curve based on SSD temperature. It is a little tall, be sure you have the clearance for it. I use an M.2 adapter card, and its just a but too tall.

Very Quiet and Cool
My M.2. was 41C with my previous M.2 fan heatsink with 45% minimum at 40C to 75% fan curve and was very loud. With this my M.2. is at 37C with 35% minimum at 40C + 15% fan curves per 10 or 15C increase. It is also MUCH more quiet

ゲームのロード中にプチフリーズが気になり、グラボの直下でもあるので熱対策に2枚とも設置しました。 MSI x870 gaming wifiにて。ねじを使わないイージーマウントですが、干渉なし、簡単に取り付けできました。 ケースを閉めていれば、音は全く気になりません。SSDの寿命は熱対策で大きく変わると思いますので。 見た目もかっこいいです。お勧めします。

Just finished installing this in my PC & big difference in temperature! Before this, I was seeing temp. in the high 50's low 60's C at idle on the controller sensor. Now I'm seeing temp. in the high 40's low 50's C at idle on the controller sensor. Before & after temps. were after running Crystal Disk Benchmark several times. Before under load I saw high 60's low 70's. Now under load I see high 50's & didn't go into the 60's. I used 0.5mm &1.0mm thermal pads. 0.5mm on the top Nand chips & 1.0mm on the controller & bottom Nand chips.

I have a PCIe 5.0 4TB Crucial T700 m.2 drive installed. It is the fastest nvme drive you can buy. Therefore, it generates A LOT of heat. It came with a preinstalled factory heatsink, which is VERY large. But even with that heatsink, the drives goes up to 90 degrees Celsius and completely shuts off when writing for a sustained period. For example when writing 100gb to the drive, it will shut off the drive it gets so hot. So I purchased this as a last ditch effort to try to keep it cool. This thing works very well. It has kept my drive below 50c regardless of how much writing I throw at it! It also idles at around 25c, which is insane. VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED!

B760M Pro RS/D4マザーのM.2空きスロットに装着 HIKSEMI LITE 2TB 温度は5度~10度下がる感じで静音もいい感じ 負荷時でも40度内を行ったり来たり GRAUGEAR商品は作りがしっかりした感じで センスも悪くなくファンも安定してます 別売のG-M2HS06も試しましたが放熱性は上ですが 夏場のケース内熱対流を考えるとFANがあった方が安定する気がします B760M Pro RS/D4マザーのドライバーで示した位置ですので、かなりデカいのも付けられる感じもします
