When I was told to take calcium, I just didn't want to take another pill! When I found these, I was so happy! It's not like taking another pill. they taste so good, you almost want to eat more. I’ve been taking this each & every day, first time in the morning for the last year and feel healthier than ever!!! My teeth were beginning to ache and actually seemed to be loosening!!!
