Flavor grab bag
We ordered the green apple flavor but the first 5 or 6 out of this bottle were orange flavored. The flavors are all over the chart. We have only eaten 10 out of this container so I guess we will just keep eating this grab bag. For context, I eat these with my children. I refuse to let them anything that I will not actively eat with them. The quality of the vitamins is decent in my opinion. Just frustrated that we wanted green apple flavor and we’ve only had a couple of them so far. Edit** after the Renzo team read my review about the grab bag, they offered to make it right. I’m blown away that they reached out to correct things. Especially since my children are picky eaters and only like specific flavors. Thank you Renzo team!

Subscribed for these
Bought these for my daughter who was constantly craving ice. It has curbed her cravings for the most part. We have a subscription and it makes me feel better she is getting some extra vitamins. She doesn’t mind the taste and they have seemed to do her well. Not sticky. Easily chewable, I would feel comfortable giving these to my toddler as well.

LIFELONG CUSTOMER NOW
I have a son who is Autistic, and he is a very picky eater (we’re working on it and he’s getting better) but he gives me absolutely NO trouble eating the cherry flavored multivitamins. He even eats them before his breakfast (we give them together) and doesn’t even mind. This is a huge win for us. We’ve been using them for 6 months now. We appreciate Renzo’s so much. We have tried others and he just had an aversion to all except these. Thank you so much!

Do Not WASTE Your $$
I have a very picky eater (right now, he only eats breadsticks, ramen, strawberries, popcorn, water, orange juice, and fast food burgers without vegetables) and wanted a multivitamin to help supplement nutrition. He’s above average growth, but has some sensory issues and ADHD tendencies. Although he’s always offered a variety of healthy whole foods and opportunities to eat, I finally found an orange vitamin C gummy and some vit C/D & zinc jelly beans that he would happily consume daily during flu season. I also found a gummy multivitamin that he’s OK with as long as it’s the orange flavor (not strawberry or lemon). I’ve tried various liquid & powdered vitamins in the past and all were immediately rejected (I always read reviews but even the well reviewed were a huge disappointment). I do not love the sugar content or other unnatural ingredients of the gummies he will eat, and these appeared to be more well rounded, but they are unbelievably gross. Upon opening the safety seal, I was put off by a weird, unappetizing smell. I was surprised how large the tablets are and the dose requires 2/day. That’s all surprising for something marketed to picky eaters! So today, I gave him one and said it was candy, a sweet tart to chew up. He wasn’t overly suspicious and put it in his mouth while distracted watching his new fav movie. Uh no…he made a gagging face and took it out immediately. I asked if it was too sweet, sour or what. He gave it back to me to throw away saying it tasted too weird, yuck; most probably sour as sweet he obviously tolerates. I’m none too happy that I paid $26 for a bottle going to the garbage. I know everyone has different preferences, but if something is specifically branded to be for picky eaters, then I expect all the usual adverse things have been addressed! Usually I’d try one myself to decide if it’s really that gross but even I can’t get paste the smell (I can’t even describe it, kind of vanilla/banana/fruity? Sort of like shampoo or hand soap), size of the tablet, and what I assume to be chalky texture. For now, we’ll just keep trying for a variety of food and using Nature Made Kids First Vitamin C gummies and Multi with Omega 3, plus Nature’s Bounty Kids Immunity jelly beans. I’m still going to look for more supplement options, but these are the best we’ve tried so far. For iron, I might recommend a Wow! liquid iron mixed in orange juice but dose would need to be kid appropriate (I take the full adult high potency serving and it’s very easy to consume). With all supplements, especially iron, make sure you verify serum blood levels to ensure you’re actually absorbing and not overdosing. Yes, most DRs don’t bother with bloodwork for kids but you can either find another DR, order your own for some things, or at least just ask (in some cases demand). To be safe, err on the lesser dose of things. Of course, food is the best medicine but unfortunately our food supply, even if willing to eat it, is often deficient so supplements are sometimes a necessary evil. Sincerest hopes for successful nutrition for all those picky eaters out there! :-) <3

Apple Flavor for the Win — My Sublingual Vitamin Journey is Over
About 20 years ago, I had stomach surgery, which means vitamins and supplements are an everyday thing for me now, especially chewable options. Unfortunately, so is the trauma of remembering the early sublingual vitamin days — back when everything tasted like someone mixed chalk and sadness and then said, “Let’s call it strawberry!” Let me tell you, it’s been a journey. I’ve sampled more “nutritional” options than I care to count. Somewhere along the way, I discovered Renzo’s — a brand started by a dad just trying to help his sick kid get nutrients — and I thought, “If it’s kid-friendly, maybe my taste buds won’t rebel.” Spoiler: I was right. As you can see from the picture attached, the tablets are bigger than the D3s but still smaller than an antacid, which means no vitamin-casualty choking hazard from old traditional multivitamins. Just make sure you chew before you swallow all the same. The best part? It doesn’t overcompensate with flavor the way some others do. I can actually dissolve it under my tongue without feeling like I’ve licked a fruit-scented eraser. That’s progress, friends. Instead, imagine a slightly chewable tablet version of a sugar-free sour apple jolly rancher. Bonus points: It’s vegan, third-party lab tested, and free of refined sugar. There *is* a tiny aftertaste (thank you, sugar alcohols and monk fruit), but it’s minor and totally forgivable considering how not-awful the flavor is. So. Why chewables when there are ten thousand gummies available. Easy, chewables travel better. They neither dry up to the point your just as well off with a normal multivitamin, nor get so sticky on the outside that you could use them as wall crawlers. I do like the chocolate vitamins, but I live in a hot humid state and these also mean I won't end up with a melted blob at the bottom of the jar. Plus, for me since I add them to my medicine holder with my other pills, I've noticed all my other meds have a slights apple or berry flavor depending on my other chewables, making the experience of taking my medicine much more pleasant. Making my life better. It’s not the cheapest pick on the shelf, but for something cruelty-free that won’t make me shudder, I’ll happily pay up. I’ll reserve final judgment until my next round of bloodwork on my body's effectiveness to absorb the nutrients, but as far as taste goes, Renzo’s wins the gold star. Move over, Flintstones, there's a new healthy, apple on my shelf.

Siento desconfianza en darle a mi hijo un producto que llegó muy maltratado e incluso el frasco inflado en la parte de abajo (no se para bien y no sé cómo estén las pastillas al interior) es la primera vez que lo pido y mi impresión no es buena…
