Armacost Lighting 960050 Surface Channel Mount with Diffuser, Aluminum

This is the item I have been looking for quite a while. I went to the major DIY outlets, but none of them carried a product like this anymore. I have some smart light strips from Govee. I did not want to use the sticky backing to attach the lights to my home office walls, so I researched a product to place them in and make the look a little more polished than just sticky tape on the wall. I am by no means that great at this type of thing, but it made it easier for me. There is one thing I wish it had and that is some type of connection for the back of the rail so it connects smoother in corners. Again, I am not good at DIY and my skills are not great, but these rails helped me do this. I bet you can do an even better job than I did. See pics attached.

easily the lowest profile track i found. even better i purchased the ribbon flex tape (14420) from same manufacturer. the paired lighting with this track looks professional. the track needed some customization based on the way i wanted them installed, but still easy enough DYI.

I installed these LED channels for my kitchen cabinet lighting and they are perfect! They tuck in at the edge making them invisible. Paired them with Armacost LED strips and dimmable drivers as well as Kasa dimmers to complete my setup. Very even light distribution. I recommend!

The lighting works perfectly. I did use lighting channel with a lens diffuser and still got Plenty of Brightness. The only suggestion is that the Tape Adhesive Backing needs to be Much More Stronger.

Absolutely work great. Diffuser is great even when you can see the top of the light.

I used these with COB LED strips to add some light under the cabinets. They are very nice to work with and give the project a finished look.

I ordered these for home to do under cabinet lighting. As the title says “they do pretty good.”

These led tracks are very well made and the lens snaps right in no need to try to slide them in. I had read reviews on the other cheap tracks on amazon and passed on them because of report of them being flimsy. This is well worth the money. The included hardware is also of good quality.

These channels make a huge difference to diffusing the strip LED lights. We ordered the bright white, so these softened and evened off the distribution of the dots of light, while not dulling it. My husband mounted them to the inside of the shelves. A box (sized 30"x 21") was well lit and so were the ones (30" x 14"). Hardly any difference in the amount of light in each box. Our shelving units are not yet painted, but we plan on painting them an off-white or light grey, which should make the lighting slightly brighter. Also plan on installing dimmers from maybe Armacost.
