I had no trouble setting up the USB connected printing but had major problems setting up the WIFI connection even though I feel like the documentation was very well done. I needed to reset my computer and printer ultimately to get all the steps to work. I connected with Mark at technical support and he with permission took over my machine and got me all taken care of. The support was wonderful! If I would have thought about restarting my computer and printer prior to setting up the WIFI connection I might have gotten through it. I rated the overall rating down due to the difficulty in getting the printer to connect via WIFI. Tech support deserves 10 stars!

I had some difficulties to setup the printer for WIFI mode, but the assistance (Mr. Mark) was fast, patient and helpful. I was able to setup the printer after his help.

I spent quite a bit of time researching label printers for a small part-time at home business when I got tired of printing labels on plain paper and then taping them on packages. I really wanted a wireless printer and this one seemed to be the perfect solution. I chose this model due to the many positive reviews, it's ability to print wireless over wi-fi and has the ability to use non-proprietary labels, such as the free ones provided by UPS. It was pretty straight forward to setup as Arkscan has all of the step-by-step instructions online, including several videos to walk you through it. Support was also extremely quick to respond when needed as well. I ship mainly through UPS and USPS and this printer is able to produce labels off both USPS.com and UPS.com without having to use other platforms. It does also print through all of the common platforms as well. If I had to do it all over again, I'd absolutely buy this one again. Hands down.

I had been "nursing along" my Zebra printer over a few MAC computer upgrades. Finally decided to spring for this new label printer. Had never heard of Arkscan before, but the reviews were great. Add me to the list of people who LOVE this printer! The printer arrived with a "getting started" page that said "see the setup videos online at ---.com" I'm a skeptic, but was quickly won over! This is the way all printers computers and electronics setup should be done ... it worked like a charm. The printer works great, is affordable and perfect for my little ecommerce home business.

So glad I bought this printer! It prints clearly and very quickly. I purchased the Bluetooth model. Connecting the printer to my computer with the USB connection was super easy.I ran into issues with connecting via Bluetooth. After trying to resolve the problem myself for over 2 weeks, I finally relented and called Tech Support. So glad I did! Mark, a Tech Support Specialist, patiently and professionally resolved the issue in about 45 minutes. Initially, we went back and forth on the Arkscan website online chat and it was kind of difficult to communicate what was happening on my end. Mark asked permission to remotely connect to my PC so he could view settings and create the necessary configurations. I really appreciate how resourceful and determined he is. Customer service at its very finest! US-based!Turns out that for some reason, the printer had to be reset to factory settings. Mark hit reset and I was back in business! Thank you, Mark and Arkscan!

I hesitated to get a dedicated label printer for my office, but it saves a ton of time when I'm mailing out flats. I had a little difficult printing initially because of a power supply issue, but Arkscan tech support was able to fix it the same day. The printer has been solid ever since, and, with a static IP, I've never lost my wifi connection to it.

The label printer is easy to use, and works great. If you have any problems, customer service quickly responds and helps you resolve the issue. I will definitely recommend this printer and this company to others.
