Q: Will this work on black rubber Bumpers?

Black rubber bumpers typically are not painted so this wouldn't be great for that. After using this putty, it needs to be painted to match the rest of the area it's being used on.

Q: Do you need to put primer after sanding ? or can paint be applied directly ?
