This was a great clock to help my foster daughter get to sleep, stay asleep, and wake up when needed. She enjoyed the dragon design. It comes with several different sounds and is easy to set.

EDIT:My son still uses this product every day, and even more so now that he is in grade school; it has helped him maintain a good routine, and he feels more independent since his “buddy” wakes him up every morning. Now that he is in kindergarten and a little “man” who is absolutely opposed to help, the “ready” phase (when the light is yellow in the morning) has become his time to quietly get dressed for school in the morning if I am still in bed (my alarm is synced with when his clock goes green) in his routine — every morning when his alarm goes green he comes out dressed and so proud he did it all on his own. This clock is phenomenal, and I swear by it.My son helped pick out his "buddy" (he refers to his clock a "my buddy", and it's adorable). After he picked this one out, I read over what it said it would do and I thought it was a pretty good choice on his end. However, I did think the claim of sleep training was out there, and trust me, I have multiple kids so I can confidently say that I have tried so many things over the past almost decade when it comes to good sleeping routines and habits. Who knew a dino alarm clock for little kids was the secret?Since he has had this thing he doesn't drag out bedtime, he no longer wakes anyone else in the house randomly throughout the night or before the sun is up, he is actually starting to connect the numbers on the clock with things that are tangible to him and it's evident since he now notices the time himself and realizes the number has a meaning in his world, such as "It is 8 I need to brush my teeth and go to bed before my dino gets to sleep!". Prior to this clock, if I said it was 8pm and to start getting ready for bed he would get upset. It has also helped out with calm down time (this is like time-out, but instead of punishment, it's just me providing a safe space and time to regulate) and I have overheard my son who isn't even 4 yet sit in his room and talk to his "buddy" about what is bothering him, and after 5-10 minutes he comes out a new kid.I would 11/10 recommend this to anyone, honestly. The first night went great and has remained consistent since!

Dieser Kinderwecker ist super! Er ist leicht zu bedienen, mit leuchtenden Farben und einem sehr niedlichen Design. Mein Kind liebt ihn total! Der Weckton ist sanft, aber effektiv, und die Nachtlichtfunktion ist ein tolles Extra. Er ist robust und ideal, um Kindern beizubringen, alleine aufzuwachen. Sehr empfehlenswert für kleine Kinder!

Il s’agit d’un cadeau pour ma belle-fille de 6 ans. Elle l’adore, le design est joli et donne bien dans la chambre. Pendant les congés on choisit de ne pas mettre de sonnerie et elle sait donc lorsqu’elle peut aller jouer quand on dort encore et le soir elle voit le dinosaure dormir, elle sait qu’il est l’heure de faire pareil :-)

This dinky alarm clock helps toddlers and young children to get up in the morning and learn about time - helpful for those with too-early-risers! Its uses facial expressions and colours (traffic-light-type system) to indicate whether a child should get up or stay in bed; it also has a number of other really useful features, including a night light (with different colours to choose from), snooze features, a nap timer and also soothing sounds, which could assist children in getting off to sleep. The large display is easily visible and the clock is designed to look like a dinosaur - very sweet! It comes with handy use guide, cable with USB ending but also mains socket, so can be charged either by USB or mains, which is really helpful. On the whole, a super little clock!
