I brought these during the recent heatwave in the UK and it is a great product. You just put it in the fridge for the item to cool down and then I slipped it in between my pilllow and cover and it kept me cool till I fell asleep. I would say it stays cool for a good couple hours so I say its very good value for money and most importantly helped me to get some good sleep!

Good cooling gel pad but they get warm quickly. My son likes them but they can do little better.

I absolutely love these pillows. Cool in the fridge then use for instant relief day, or night. On very hot nights, rightly or wrongly, I actually freeze my packs and slide them into the underside of my pillow for whole night relief. Also great for picnic bags and for keeping food chilled.

Value for money I use mine for my legs they get so hot during the night and they work great for me I know they say put under pillow case but I use them for.something else

I purchased these pads for a lady that has neuropathy in her feet and she found it didn’t cure it obviously but it did give some relief and she enjoyed the coolness of the pads especially during the hot weather. They have added coolness if you put them in the fridge, but are still cool without. One pad is enough to put both feet on whilst the other is cooling in the fridge.

I wasn't sure what to expect but this item is actually cooling. Because they are heavy they do tend to fall down the sides of the pillow so need to be readjusted in the night. If not for that I would have give 5 stars.

Mes petits adorent ! Efficace en été pour enfin s'endormir la tête au frais. Et facile à nettoyer, un coup de lingette et c'est propre. Attention, ne pas laisser l'oreiller trop longtemps au freezer sinon le contenu sera gelé et l'oreiller tout dur :)
