As an EMT we use these for large scrapes that are hard to tape the 4X4 dressings down. You just put the 4X4 on and put these right over. You have to be careful as these are very sticky and do not use on older people with thin skin.

These dressings are life savers. They cover my wound and do not come off as the regular tape does
