UPDATE: I have used this item every day for the past 3 months to sleep on an incline. The velcro and fabric are still in very good shape; however, the elevation is no longer on a higher incline. Meaning, the foam has condensed/flattened a bit and no longer allows me to sleep at a higher incline as it once did.INITIAL REVIEW: Arrived quickly and with a nice transportation bag for travel. I was recently diagnosed with multiple PEs and can’t lay flat on my back for sleeping or resting. This pillow has been wonderful and I am so happy I bought it! It’s great for sleeping/sitting with elevation and also good for providing leg support and elevation. It comes with a little booklet to provide suggestions on configurations you can use, depending on your needs. It’s firm and supportive. I would highly recommend!

Got this to replace another wedge (from a different company). This wedge is amazing! It's comfortable, I love the versatility, and it's helping with my GERD. It's even helping my back, neck and shoulders start to do better - I didn't realize how much I'd hurt them trying to come up with solutions involving pillows, an uncomfortable wedge, etc.

Unpacking the box was a little disconcerting, but once the pillow had a few hours to stretch out and return to its shape, it was perfect! It is SO comfortable, and does exactly as stated. Perfect for GERD sufferers!My only complaint is not with the pillow itself, but that they promise a free neck pillow in exchange for a review, then pester you via email. Even if the steps are followed, the neck pillow never materializes.

I have a rotator cuff tear. This product has saved me. Anyone who knows this pain, knows how difficult it is to sleep. This pillow is expensive but if you are currently not sleeping well and this helps then it is well worth the investment. Well made. It’s hard to spend this much on a pillow but it’s hard to put a price on a good nights sleep and a productive day.I am very pleased with this product.

I was hoping that after spending almost $100 Cdn on this item that I was buying something that would help me & it is something that helps! I have been using this since I got it. It is firmly supportive without being too firm, it molds itself to your head/body, but quickly plumps back up afterwards. There are 12 configurations for these 3 pillows that can be used together or apart. I've been using this to help with pain from a mastectomy, so I can sleep & get comfortable sleep. I would definitely recommend this product. Helpful hint: When you first take it out, let it plump itself up for a few hours. It will plump up!
