A Low 7 Total Carb Hit!
I rated these plain Sola bagels as 4 Stars. They are not as good as regular plain bagels but I can’t enjoy those anymore. Having said that, these Sola bagels have a nice feel and chewiness all at only 7 grams of Carbs. I only gave them 4 stars due to their price otherwise I’d rate them a 5. After I complete this review I’m going to order more Sola bagels.

Great Taste
These actually have a great texture and taste. They were soft and stay nice and soft. They crisped up nicely in the toaster. Definitely will buy again and try the other varieties that they have. A bit expensive but I feel overall priced around the same as other products in this category.

Better than most other brands
Recently started low carb lifestyle and stopped eating all bread products. When l began finding replacements l was surprised at how different in taste, texture and cost they could be. For me, Sola is the best, and one of the lowest prices out there. Now these don’t exactly taste or feel like a real bagel, but for a once in awhile treat, you can’t go wrong. I am able to have a breakfast bagel sandwich, and when toasted, absolutely delicious. These also freeze very well too. Too bad other family members like them too, less for me !

Delicious
No idea what the other reviewer is talking about. When you avoid carbs, ANY bready bagel-shaped thing that’s low carb and can hold cream cheese is good. But these are ACTUALLY delicious! They toast just like a regular bagel. I thank the heavens for this alternative because I love bagels and have missed them so much!!! Their texture isn’t as airy and light as a bagel, it’s more dense, but I’ll easily compromise on the texture to get low carb. It’s not insanely dense, but noticeably dense. I can’t believe I paid $17 for them, but I couldn’t find them anywhere around me. I’ll pay that much again too as soon as these ones run out.

Great bagels
Bagels are delicious but I found them cheaper with Walmart online, I have prime but I was charged shipping and Walmart was free shipping

The texture is fine. The after taste will help you get all of your water in! NASTY! Plus I have 6 days til they expire..really?
