My son wanted a science kit so we bought 3 and 2 notebooks for science.All the other science items were missing everything this kit. This kit has everything you need so I returned the other 2.It’s been a couple months and now my daughter and son play together with it. Bought this for a birthday party gift. Very frustrating to open it to see all of stains all over the product. I am not sure if something in the kit spilled or what. Refund requested.

My son is really into science and experiments, so this is the perfect kit for him. There is so much to love about this kit (kids and adults). Not only does it already come with a premade volcano that your kid can have fun painting, but it also comes with the ingredients for THREE eruptions (just add water). Other kits just give you instructions to “make your own” volcano and then you must buy the ingredients for the eruption yourself. So glad this includes all that! Also supplied are TWO planets, earth and mars, for your little scientist to excavate gems from. I believe they are made from clay. This kept my son off his tablet and busy for a while! He was so excited every time he found a new gem. A little book included gives a fun little blurb on each gem that is found, info about earth and mars, as well as information about tornados and volcanos. This kit includes a crystal growing experiment (all supplies included) and instructions to create a tornado using plastic bottles. Love that this is fun AND educational AND high quality. I highly recommend this!
