I had an extremely low vitamin D level when my doctor checked my bloodwork a couple of years ago. I researched, ordered, and started taking this supplement. Improving your vitamin D levels take time, but in 6 months time (taking this daily), my D levels came up to normal range, and are continuing there as I continue this supplement. I highly recommend it! It worked/works great for me!!

Love the formula of this vitamin

For me, this is not meant for daily or weekly use for that matter. However, I got the 25(OH)D blood test, because my bones hurt & my skin was terribly dry… result was 17 ng/mL. I took this once every 3 days for 2-3 weeks. On the the 3rd week I started to feel better & my skin wasn’t dry & I knew it was time to stop taking it when I developed blemishes/pimples on my face 🤣. Had the 25(OH)D blood test again & the result was 32 ng/mL.

Doesn’t give stomach ache

I have sensitivities to binders in many OTC products. Pure, so far, I have had zero issues. My Doctor also approves after reviewing the product label.
