My daughter has anxiety has anxiety pretty badly, at times it causes anaphylaxis due to a mast cell disease. This product has helped her SO much. The kava helps her to calm down and soothes her enough to concentrate on her breathing and balance out. I am not saying it helps with the anaphylaxis, just that it helps to calm her down so it doesn't spiral into anaphylaxis. This is our 4th bottle purchase and we will be back for more.It doesn't taste the best. We have found that filling a shot glass with water and then adding it to that works best to get it down quickly.

This stuff really helped me through a short bout (month or so) of intense situational anxiety. I took it on an empty stomach and it took about 45 minutes to an hour to kick in. It just kind of made the panicky sick feeling go away and I felt a little more normal. Nothing super noticeable or powerful but was very helpful for me. Tastes atrocious but it's worth it.

First I will say this stuff works. I was taking damiana for anxiety but after taking it for over a year it did not work as well. One squeeze of this into half a cup of water relieves mild anxiety. 2 drops in one cup of water or juice, preferably to mask the slightly funky taste and I'm fallong asleep. (So it works as a sleeping aid also!!) Downside: gives me vivid dreams. I've taken natural supplements in the past that do this, and sometimes they are nightmares. In any case if you have anxiety, this is some potent stuff and herb pharm is a high quality and trust worthy brand, no doubt. Thank you herb pharm!!

Ohhhh the taste of this is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Really really horrible!!! I don’t know what is it but omg... and I’m. Dry tolerant person to things like that but this liquid tastes so so soooooo horrible!!!

I mean it works but the flavor is so bad I think I have to find a way to put it into capsules to be able to get it down!

After being hospitalized for anxiety a multitude of times and only being offered highly addictive medication by doctors, I decided to take a more natural route. This stuff works 100% if you catch her anxiety attack at the beginning, if you wait till you're all worked up it doesn't have much impact. Great product

Well, even if you mix the drops with something like water or even a Coke or juice, it tastes like mentholatum. Or Vicks VapoRub. My tongue went numb. It was awful. Does it work? I have no idea. I tried it twice and I was done.
