Incredible black rice!
Excellent black rice! Make sure you rinse well. And will take more water and longer cook time. You’ll have to experiment a little bit. But an incredible product!

This is the second time I’ve ordered this product, and have been very pleased with it. The cooking time had to be decreased by 4 minutes for a perfect result. A larger size bag would be nice, and the production and farming practices are TOP shelf. Excellent to see sustainable farming being use to produce nutrient dense rice.

Color of rice during cooking
Normally use 'wild rice'. In comparison this product is not a long grain and, unlike wild rice, the color bleeds. Makes white chili an ugly brown color.Maybe 'purple' rice loses color when cooked - but I wonder if there is also some dying going on as well.Taste is good nutty flavor but dislike the color bleed.
