A must have if you want to charge at great than 16 amps!
I have not used it yet, but when I purchase my next home charging unit, it will have a 10-50 NEMA plug configuration. These plug units will charge at 40 amps instead of 16 amps using a 1-30 NEMA configuration.

Didn’t work
Due to various factors, it took longer than the return window to figure out that the neutral wire has no connectivity. Now I’m stuck with a useless adapter.
