Will work for small doors
I used this to close a large(24" tall) homemade dog door. The spring is adjustable in steps. I was able to tighten it two or three clicks to close the door tightly. If I find that winds keep the door from closing I will add another click. Installation is simpler than other door closers I have installed.

good
The media could not be loaded. I'm using this YELNOKU Automatic Door Closer on my basement door for easy and without shutter noise close. It's not the strongest door closer, but perfect with light indoor doors. The self-adhesive rail doesn't stick at all, so it needs to glue on the door.

Waste of time and money…
Finally installed it and was very unhappy the result. My door is not heavy 32 inch wide and spring adjusted to the max is not strong enough to give tension even during opening the door… forget about closing. I’m not sure if I just got defective product as all parts are functional. Waste of money and time.

Actually quite effective closer for outdoor gate. Set torque PRIOR TO INSTALLATION!
This unit is strong enough to close light to heavy (solid core) with less than 1' of working distance (ONCE YOU ADJUST THE TORQUE)Torque adjustments:Ideally torque adjustments should be done prior to installation -- that means you will need to hold the unit in place while testing. The reason I suggest this is:1) If you overshoot your torque, you will need to REMOVE THE DEVICE IN ORDER TO RESET** the torque2) The torque adjustment applies a lot of torque on the unit which could indent your door casing or loosen the mount.** Resetting the torque will cause the inserted hex wrench to spin around and could pinch an finger or at a minimum damage your casing if you try to reset it with the closer mountedBuild quality:The initial build quality is fine for indoor use,Location...There will be High torque on door casing and arm. The design will put a fairly significant amount of torque due to the narrow base so having a really sturdy door casing will be important and ideally you want to try to hit a stud with the screws closest to the door.Use the metal "plate"The metal plate will help prevent damage to your door from the roller armOutdoor Use:I actually ordered this item for outdoor use, outdoor use is not recommended and the product will rust.Removeable..You can fairly easily remove the "arm" portion of the closer in order to disable the closer.Final thoughts. This is really a very simple effective door closer that I recommend.

Cheap and great
Just received this. It is in great shape, the resistance can be adjusted easily. I haven't fixed it yet on the door, but confident it wouldn't have any issues. The product costed pretty reaasonable and the built is strong. Plan to use it on the greenhouse door.

Works but not well
It closes the door but barely , not enough to latch the door, no power behind the closer, it is as tight as I can get it on the adjuster, don't recommend it. My door is hollow not heavy by the way and hinges are new,
