Upon opening the box, I found the grinder motor cover damaged. I request an immediate replacement to ensure uninterrupted operations.

I also have ultra wet grinder which doesn't grind so smoothly. This one really does the job well but there is a strong rubber smell even at the second time of use. Need to wait and see. Plastic and build quality is definitely lower than ultra. I never had any issue with ultra so far. Need to wait and post a review on this.
