The outer cover is so soft (like). There is a wide range of shredded memory foam available for various thicknesses. The thing I did not like was that during the night the memory foam gets flat and the density gets really hard ( I wake up and fluff it).

I absolutely love these pillows I bought so many pillows over the years and never had ones this comfortable and soft an it’s possible to take out filling depending on how you sleep for maximum comfort my neck or shoulders haven’t hurt since I bought these they’re amazing and when they’re they are unpacked and allowed to form into their Duffy shape I only use 1 pillow and I gave my fiance the other 1 cuz she has problems with her back and neck and things like that so honestly a MUST BUY TRULY WORTH IT AMD YOU’LL LOVE THE SOUND SLEEP YOU GET EVERY NIGHT

These were recommended by my son because of their adjustability. Tried them without removing any filling and still am as they have practically cured my clicking neck (when a variety of shaped specialty pillows have not). Just press a slight indent with fist when settling down. Find them ok for back and side sleeping though do have broad shoulders. Wife likes them as well.

I love that you can adjust the size (I took stuffing out so it wasn't so fluffy, otherwise it would have been too thick) The fabric of the cover itself is really soft as well. I got my husband one and he is very happy and now my teenage son wants one too!

I loved this pillow and was so excited about it when I first got it. However it lost its shape quickly. It is still a good pillow, but definitely not as supportive as it was when I first got it. I find the foam pushes to one side/area and it can be frustrating to always fix that. Overall a good pillows but not the best

The best most comfortable pillow I ever baught.Its cool on the head,just the right amount of stuffing . I have baught expensive pillows in the past and this beats then all in the test of comfort.I wake up refreshed and helpful as I have back problems and eases the pain .A must to buy,you will not be disappointed
