These far surpassed my expectation as I originally received some as a gift. I tried them in conjunction with my daily vitamin supplements and felt noticeably better within one week. I've also tried other more expensive vitamins and these seem to work the best. Now they are all I use as supplements except for Omega 3's. Highly recommend.

If you don’t always eat right these help with your nutrition. They do mine. They’re easy to swallow and I take them every day. I take the fruit in the morning and the veggie at night.
