I really like these gummies... not like a typical gummy. The flavor is ok.. not obnoxious. I feel they are an effective product. My one complaint is that the price has continued to sky rocket. Since I started using them the price has gone up almost $10.00. This in itself will cause me to seek other product brands since there are so many other effective products on the market. I understand some hike in prices but loyal customers only have the option to choose other companies as there way of taking a stand on such high increases.

Very tasty high quality Cinnamon Gummies. I bought these for their claims to help reduce blood sugar levels. I had to go on medication before I could see if they would work. Also, they gave me really bad belly and throat backup gas. I don't recommend them for anyone like me with serious stomach issues.

Been using this for a month. I have really noticed any results, so giving a 3.5. I bought two month’s worth, so will reevaluate after this second month. Doesn’t really taste like cinnamon. For now, I might be better off to just go back to adding Ceylon cinnamon to my morning coffee.
