Incredibly awesome complete set of Sharpening Stones. I had purchased many of the knife-sharpening gadgets over the years that were very disappointing. I took three of the high-end kitchen knives that were always too dull to use. I sat down to watch TV and used the Whetstone 400 and 1000 grits to see how they performed. (I did 30 strokes per side/per grit). They cut paper now and also bread, and tomatoes easily. I am delighted with the holding block, rubber feet, and wet stones.

A really decent set for beginners or those that are trying to get back in the grove. Been using for 2-3 weeks without having to use the leveling stone to flatten. The 20 degree edge helper really helps in finding that perfect edge.

Pretty disappointed that the leather strop was in fact plastic, and as far as I’m concerned that means unfit for its intended use. Everything else came out as expected. An effective and inexpensive way to get everything you need to learn blade care.

Bambu taban ve silikon kalıplar sayesinde taşlar oldukça sağlam bir şekilde tezgaha sabitleniyor. Profesyonel mutfaktaki tüm satırlar ve bıçakları (aşağı yukarı 30 kadar bıçak. Zwilling, Global gibi sert bıçaklar ile 2 kemik satırı, 2 soğan satırı, geri kalanlar Pirge, Sürbisa gibi nispeten yumuşak bıçaklar ) biledikten sonra taşlardaki tüketim aşağı yukarı 3-5mm oldu. Düzeltme taşıyla düzeltilebilir ancak şu an için problem teşkil etmiyor. Daha önce kullandığım pahalı taşlara nispeten bu üründen çok memnun kaldım. Elmas masat ve/veya güzel bir honlama masatınız da varsa bıçak bileyici arkadaşınıza çay içmeye uğrarsanız :)

Den som beskrivs om varan är också sanningsenligt, allt som visas på bilden finns snyggt packat i medföljande kartong som också visar innehållet på ett riktigt sätt. Mycket fin kvalitet på stenar och väldigt smidigt att använda och ger förväntat resultat med flera plus. Gör man enligt instruktionen, att blötlägga stenarna innan användning kan man tydligt se hur stenarna tar åt sig vatten för att göra slipningen på rätt sätt, bubblor uppstår som visar att allt fungerar som det ska. Därpå behöver man naturligtvis mätta stenarna med lite mer vatten på ytan under hela slipningen för att ge bästa resultat. Knivar blir verkligen vassa och håller en fin skärpa länge. En sak ångrar jag dock och det är jag tvekande en stund innan jag köpte dessa stenar, men nu vet jag bättre. Detta set slipstenar är verkligen bra, bättre än de flesta jag provat genom åren. Ett riktigt bra köp! Superbra!
