I hesitated to use this product and almost returned it due to the packaging...was secured at both ends with household tape as if it had already been used, but perhaps the seller was simply being extra cautious about the box not arriving opened or damaged. But in a rush one day I caved and tried it...and have been using it happily ever since. NO clumping, NO tiny black flecks getting in my eyes or on my eyelids. Goes on cleanly and actually lasts all day. Easy to remove in the evening. I'm sold and will be using this product exclusively, after trying many brands and types of mascara. Refreshing that a product actually works as described!

This is my favorite mascara and the only one I use. Makes your eyes pop and doesn’t smudge. The product lasts all day and night and the tube doesn’t run out quickly either. Fantastic!

This product goes on and stays on very nicely. My lashes stand out well and appear longer, with very little to no clumping (which I HATE). However, I still find myself separating my lashes a bit more, preferring them more individually coated. I'll probably stick to my less expensive go-to mascara for the most part

Purchased the Marcelle Xtension Plus mascara at the recommendation of a friend in Canada. It’s very difficult to find a good gluten free Mascara in the US (besides ELF). This Mascara definitely lengthened and curled my lashes, without flakes. It was easy to use and lasted all day. Lasted around 3 months. I haven’t repurchased it because I can be inpatient waiting for makeup. But it’s a high quality Mascara and definitely worth the money.

I always find it fascinating how reviews could be so split on the clumping issues with mascara. This clumped spectacularly. I'm so upset with myself that I accidentally threw the box away before I tried it! Can't return it now. It applied horribly and it clumped and even after painstakingly unclumping it with mascara comb, it flaked in an hour. For me, terrible product. Keep the box if you're going to try it anyway.

I fell in love with the Marcelle mascara that came in my BirchBox subscription because it never flaked and looked amazing. Unfortunately, not every line from Marcelle seems to be at the same level. This mascara is okay, but flakes a lot on my eyes so leaves smudges.

I first tried this mascara through birchbox a couple of years back. I loved it. I tried to buy it but then it was coming only from Canada and I didn't want to pay shipping. I actually prefer it to benefit they're real which is the one I was using before. I have extremely sensitive eyes, cannot wear eyeliner and this mascara does not hurt my eyes whatsoever. The curvy shape of the brush actually curls your eyelashes is you use the bottom part first to curl them, and then you apply it as you would normally do. I have very long and curly lashes and this mascara makes them even longer. I extremely recommend this. And such a great price! Scratch the price part. It went from $16 to $22 Insane

If you have sensitive eyes this product is not for you, it flakes and when the flakes get in your eyes it causes irritation. The mascara is ok at best and you could probably find a better one out there that provides more lift without the irritation

No mascara lasts forever whether you pay $50 or $15. This is great for sensitive eyes and if applied in thin layers, it's just as good as premium products. I've used this for many years with no problems. The key is to gently clean the applicator with alcohol every week to remove build up on the brush.
