These yummy little gummies pack a punch! I recently discovered that my body responds well to magnesium citrate for sleep and stress relief. These are perfect because they have a high content and you only have to take 1. The price is really great and affordable. They taste good too! I got the smaller size just to try them out, but I'll be purchasing the larger size in my next order. Highly recommend if you need some help with sleep and don't want to take melatonin.

ALL the magnesium you need is packed into ONE gummy! Each bottle will last you 2 months, so this 2 pack of bottles will last FOUR months. I have been shopping for magnesium gummies now for weeks and have ordered a few bottles, some I was able to cancel in time because I found this item. All of the other gummy magnesium supplements I have come across, the most magnesium they contain in 1 gummy is 100mg (some were only 30mg.) and they all contained sugar. At walgreens, I found a bottle of 60 gummies @ $22 a bottle, BOGO free. Each of those gummies had 100mg of Magnesium so I would need to take all 120 of them in the month to equal 1/2 of one of these bottles. In other words, Walgreens is $22 for a full months supply and this sugar free gummy is just about $5 a month. The taste is very good, raspberry. I needed to start taking magnesium because the calcium chews for bone strength I started taking does not contain Mg. and it is necessary. What I have discovered while taking magnesium is that it does calm me, help me sleep and does help with the RLS that I have had for 30+ years. I never heard of this brand, but they are based in GA and do have a website and this product is sold out there, of course it is because it is such a tremendous value!! My daughter suffers from migraines that started at 10 years old, she is now 12. The neurologist recommended magnesium as a supplement to help prevent migraines. We tried so many and the taste were terrible. This is the best option and it is so tasty. I have started taking them at night with her. I have noticed a huge difference in my sleep as a result. The DR. MORITZ Magnesium Citrate Gummies for Adults works and have been a helpful part of my bedtime wind-down routine and also support my digestion regulation. The raspberry flavor is excellent—pleasantly sweet without being overpowering. The price is fair, and they work well for my needs. The only drawback is the texture which isn’t my favorite compared to other gummies I’ve tried. It taste waxy than I prefer. It’s not a deal breaker but worth noting if you’re particular about texture.

These gummies are fantastic. I take one every night before bed and they definitely help me sleep soundly. Being a woman of a certain age they aren’t a guarantee of sleep, but they certainly help. The flavor is good and I actually look forward to my little bed time treat!

These are the best magnesium supplements I ever have taken. Best sleep I ever get is from this . Gummies taste good and makes you sleepy pretty quick . It also helps with leg cramps as well , highly recommended it

Dosages A correction to a review above. It stated that the magnesium content in this was too high for children because it’s 400mg. It is Magnesium citrate, which translates to 64mg elemental magnesium, which is half of what a 5 year old needs in a day, making it a great option to boost magnesium safely. The bottle says not to exceed one gummy, so there is no risk of getting too much. It’s work looking up the types of magnesium, and how easily they are absorbed, in order to get an accurate dosage.
