Krylon 1709 Copper Metallic 12 Ounce Aerosol Metallic Paint

I really like the spray nozzle. I use a lot of spray paints for hobbies and this nozzle allows for a thin, wide layer to evenly coat. I am typically not a Krylon fan. I stick with Rustoleum brand but, feel like I can be swayed to buy more Krylon if I can find the same nozzle. I chose this paint because it was a recommended match to my classic vehicle part.

I use it to replicate cad plating on my old Triumph Bonneville

I purchased this to spray the small square of ceiling above my bathroom because I was going for a very antique look. I checked into buying real copper sheeting to put up, but the price was way above anything I was willing to pay for such a small project. My bathroom ceiling is little square tiles with a very floral design etched in them. When I sprayed them it made them look amazing. The paint went on super smooth and dried nice and smooth. It stayed nice and shimmery like the lid and that was my biggest worry, I didn’t want it to dry matte. Pros: easy to spray, goes on smooth, dries to look exactly like cap, adds a great copper touch to any project. Cons: my only fault would be the price point, but that is because I prefer lower priced paints. Extras: I would recommend buying the handle that makes it spray like a paint gun. Like all paints in an aerosol can, your finger will hurt and get tired very fast. I would highly recommend for any crafters out there wanting a copper look without paying a huge price for it.

I use this paint on restored auto parts.....nuts, bolts and anything that needs a matt silver finish. Good corrosion resistance and very heat resistant too. This paint is hard to find in local hardware stores......glad I can get it on amazon!
