alot of inconvenience
the quality is great but they didn’t even mention that grey colour is also an option. they should do different colours so that everyone is able to get the colour they want instead multicolour.their customer service is not great.i tried to replace or exchange but i always end up returning it and i can’t return multiple times which causes inconvenience.
