False advertising
I bought this because I just wanted a smaller incubator. It’s definitely small and does not fit 6 chicken eggs. The eggs are medium and large size but fit so tight that the turner doesn’t work. And the line about fully automatic turning is also false. You have to turn a lever and rotate the eggs yourself. Just started the eggs so cannot comment as to hatch rate but I’m not hopeful.

Great for a few fertilized eggs
We bought this without a lot of knowledge. We have had chickens for a couple years now and decided to candle some eggs after one of our hens got broody. We estimated the fertilized eggs were about 5 days. We didn't know you were suppose to remove the automatic turner and let the eggs rest at day 18 of 21. This little gadget has hatched 7 eggs successfully, even though we didn't do everything right with the first hatched egg. She's 2 weeks old and doing great! The only problem was when more than 2 hatch within 24-48 hrs or less. It was so humid, they couldn't dry out and no room to move around with 3 and then 4 hatched and 2-3 eggs left to hatch. We had to get them into the brooder to fluff out. This is excellent for a few eggs. It was an exciting experience to witness and did the job it's meant to do.

Needs attention, but works well!
This little incubator is perfect for the backyard homesteader. I put 6 eggs from my hens upon receiving it on Jan 20th. It is supposed to turn the eggs automatically, but mine did not. I felt it would have been a waste of time and energy to send it back so I just decided to start the eggs and turn them manually. I found that turning them manually was not a chore, as the incubator does require water being added to the reservoir several times a day, and I just turned the eggs when I added water. I also kept the styrofoam around the base and top when I wasn’t watering or turning them. I stopped turning them on the 20th day, and started spraying the eggs when I added water to the incubator. 5 of the 6 eggs hatched within a few hours of each other on Super Bowl Sunday. The 6th egg was evidently not fertilized because it didn’t develop at all. For the price and results, I consider it a great deal. If you can’t commit to taking a few minutes to top off the water reservoir and turn the eggs on the daily, this probably won’t work for you.I gave it 4 stars because I feel that if they are going to advertise it as automatically turning, it should automatically turn, however, if it did automatically turn, the water reservoir should be larger, as the water topping off and turning time ratios are close. If it was advertised as a manual turning incubator, I’d have given it 5 stars.

Absolute nightmare of a product
Picture of the survivor. This incubator is horrible! I had it fully loaded with 6 fertile viable eggs. All 6 were alive and doing well on day 18 when we went into lockdown (no opening the incubator until eggs are all hatched) day 21 comes and goes nothing happening. Late hatch of 2 eggs because the POS malfunctioned and had ridiculous temperature fluctuations. 4 embryos died in the egg because of this. 2 babies were hatched and doing well until because of the terrible design a chick got it's foot stuck in the floor and broke it's leg so badly that it almost ripped it's leg off at the knee joint. Blood everywhere and a screaming chick with it's leg dangling from its body and bone showing. It was horrible. We wanted to splint and try to save it but ultimately decided to put the chick down because it was screaming in agony and it injured the other leg trying to support itself. The poor thing couldn't even stand up and because it was in so much pain it just kept flopping around and ending up on its back which was suffocating it because the chickens lungs are on their back. This was a traumatizing nightmare for our children and family. We will never purchase this product again because we absolutely love our chickens and do not want harm caused to them. If I could rate this product with negative stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS INCUBATOR ITS A DEATH TRAP FOR BABY CHICKS!!! I want my money back.

It works. Sorta.
I’ve hatched chicks out of it. So it does work. But it’s too small. I had a chick roll an egg and kill another hatching chick. The Turner does not work it flips eggs. If your eggs are any bigger than the smallest size you will crack them. The lid will stick and pull all the eggs up then drop them. If you’re on a budget, it works. You won’t hatch all chicks. Maybe half. I’ve used it for 2 rounds. First time 4 hatched one died. Second 3 pecked through, a chick rolled the 3rd egg and killed it. 2 chicks survived. One must have died a day or two before hatching as it was mostly developed when I opened the egg. The cleaning process is terrible. It doesn’t self turn. Would recommend spending more and going bigger unless it’s a one time deal for 2-3 chicks.

Small and the egg Turner does turn the eggs automatically just can't see it. Works amazing.
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this machine. It's way better then that tinny yellow one that's slightly cheaper the yellow I had cooked my eggs. But this one is so easy to use and doesn't fluctuate very much. 10 out 10 I highly recommend. It's is self turning I drew a line on mine and watched and it was turning. Duck eggs and turkey eggs are to big for the turner but can be hand turned. Only five of each fight. Six regular eggs is what it holds. And it can fit seven silkie eggs in a lockdown period. Holds humidity and temp very well. Just get a back up humidity and temperature thermometer to make sure all is well. The styrofoam outer cover is a must use because drafts will effect how well it works. I really want to get a second one of these. It fits right in my desktop with no issues.
