They are frauds
Don't buy Green Souls products else you will regret later. The backrest broke within 3 months of purchase and they don’t provide any kind of warranty on the cheap plastic. On top of all this, even if you plan to place an order for the broken part, their support service is pathetic, they will never provide a resolution. Stop buying their product and wasting your money
