Better foam for less money.
I used a lot of this recently. I was using another brand that was more expensive, but I thought I would give it a try. It took a little longer to react so I had more time to mix and pour it. Another plus was it “flows” better. I was able to tilt the form I was filling and it flowed that direction for 10-30 seconds. For my purposes I was able to waste less as I was overfilling the mold and then cutting it down level.

Stuff works well but doesn't yield as much as I had hoped.
I used the 4 gallon kit on the floor of my 20' Ski boat. I had some large cavities to fill and I got about 2/3 through the project before I ran out. It says to make sure it is 72 degrees or higher and that might have been why I did not get as much out of it as I had hoped. I brought the temp of the garage up to 75 but part A and B might have still been below 72. It did generate heat when mixed, easily above 80 degrees, so I thought it would work. It did work and filled the cavities nicely. Developing a process for pouring is critical. I mixed about 14 ounces of A and B at a time, into a 1 quart mixing cup. I mixed it up good, then poured it while it was still pretty runny, trying to get the most penetration into corners. Then immediately scraped the walls and bottom of the mixing cup with the stirrer, following quickly with a paper towel to wipe the container clean. This worked well and allowed me to get several pours out of one container and reuse the stirrer stick.

Expansion? Great company character. I ordered more again
Product didn’t expand as described. Could have been the summer heat affecting compound interaction. Contacted merchant with info, sent pics and measurements. Returned two used containers after I didn’t receive agreed 50% refund and also ordered more product from same vendor. Didn’t receive a refund as of yet. Seems to be a good Company and product. I seemed to have fell through the cracks in the customer service and communications process so maybe I’ll still get a partial refund. Shall see.**_*_*** Company came through with an agreeable refund and result. Would buy again and in fact did. Thanks much to the team and their character!! If in doubt try, these guys out.

That it filled all voids 100%
Love this product. I used it to fill a 16' kayak frame to convert it into a Viking longship.
