Worth the money
Very good product have been using NaturesBounty for years

Best for cramps
This product seems to be the best of all the Co-Q-10s on the market. I take it for cramps incurred from statins. I have tried different brands, and this one has by far the best results.

They may be advertised as soft gel which to me meant small pills, but these are giant.

Large pill but that’s okay! They melt/stick together easily so be aware of that! Hope they work! Have not noticed any foul taste with these!

Great Results At A Great Price
First . . . I'm aware that anecdotal testimonials are highly suspect, but I honestly noted a major up shift in energy levels within a day after starting this product, along with 200 - 300 mg's of plant-based omega 3. The near-immediate effect was like walking out of a mental fog bank, and while it could have been the omega 3, I suspect thanks belongs with the COQ-10. That was a couple of weeks ago, and the beneficial effects are still present. By way of background . . . I'm a 69 year old male, with an 11-year old triple by-pass, who exercises regularly and is otherwise in good health. I hadn't been taking either COQ-10 or omega 3 for several years (tho I probably should have!) but did quit taking two different statins about 9 months ago.
