I have consumed a lot of white kidney bean for more than 4 years, I have gone from brand to brand comparing and now it is this brand's turn; my favorite is no longer on the market, they do not manufacture it anymore and this is the one that most resembles mg , GREENXTRACT brought 14000mg per serving, this one brings 7500 and only take two on each heavy meal and it resembles my favorite from greenxtract; I used to buy the one from natrol but got some small insects in a bottle and stopped buying it and started searching, I also tried satoomi but it brings more ingredients and it did not seem so pure to me although it was good, so far this brand has been the winner for me. hope my review helps you. Update; I stopped taking these pills as if nothing had changed and my weight is still the same, I think it's really my mind that decided to take all this placebo and make it its reality. Consumo mucho white kidney bean desde hace mas de 4 años, he ido de marca en marca comparando y ahora toca el turno de esta marca, mi favorita ya no esta en el mercado no la fabrican mas y esta es la que mas se asemeja a mg, GREENXTRACT traía 14000mg por porción, esta trae 7500 solo me tomo dos y asemeja a mi favorita de greenxtract, compraba la de natrol pero me salieron unos pequeños insectos en una botella y deje de comprarla y comence a buscar, tambien probe satoomi pero trae mas ingredientes y no me parecía tan pura aunque era buena, hasta ahora esta marca ha sido la ganadora para mi. Espero te sirva mi review... Update, Dejé de tomar estas pastillas . cómo comida como si nada hubiera cambiado y mi peso sigue siendo el mismo, creo que realmente es mi mente quien decidió tomar todos estos placebos y hacerlo su verdad.

I've been using several formulations of White Kidney Extract to allow me (a diabetic) to eat bread, pasta, potatoes & rice without spiking my blood sugar for the last several years (note that it doesn't work for sugar, frosting, sodas, etc). This is the best value, but its results are a bit sporadic. I take 5 pills 15-30 minutes before a meal with significant carbs, but my blood sugar spike for the same meal can vary from +40 to +120 points.

It is one product I still am using to see If it helps absorbing carbs. I will folloup after close to finishing bottle

Good Quality Product

I have lost 17 pounds in 8 days, while eating French fries, donuts, and other carbs! NOT by taking one capsule daily, but rather 3-4 capsules with a glass of water before eating the carb loaded foods. Works so well I am ordering a second bottle so I don't run out.
